Intuitive Technology Solutions is a full service event design and production company specializing in technical direction, event production, advance operations and site logistics for special events, political presentations, trade shows, media events, corporate theater as well as permanent installations. In addition to staging and audio visual elements, Intuitive Technology Solutions can manage and coordinate all physical and logistical elements of the event site and production to create a smooth and seamless experience. Through our in house productions capabilities to our network of affiliates and trusted vendors, we have yet to encounter a demand of an event that we could not meet and deliver.
We are a team of Production Managers, Technical Directors, Designers, and Advance Leads focused on delivering and communicating your message effectively. In addition to the key team, we have some of the best and highly motivated technicians and personnel on staff. From Advance and Operations staff to technical crew including Lighting, Sound, Scenic, Audio-Visual, and every other discipline, we can provide a team and the equipment for your event that is unsurpassed to help bring your vision to reality.
Intuitive is a turnkey production and event logistics company, not a rental house. All of our equipment is maintained and kept for the exclusive use of our in house productions to ensure the highest standard of appearance, performance, reliability, and availability. This allows us to respond at a moments notice for last minute requests for service. We believe that if you take care of your equipment, it will take care of you.
Intuitive’s unique experience and abilities allow us to produce events from Eureka to San Diego, treating the entire state as our “local” region. With our fleet of trucks and vans, we are able to rapidly deploy to the Bay Area, Sacramento, Western Nevada, Central Valley, and Los Angeles on a moment’s notice without the added travel and trucking costs associated with typical production houses. Intuitive is also experienced and equipped to deploy our equipment outside California to anywhere in the United States. No matter where you are, coast to coast you are covered with Intuitive.

Staging & Scenic
From press risers to drapery and scenic elements, we can transform your next venue to meet your needs. Intuitive utilizes Steeldeck staging, one of the strongest and most stable in the industry with media events and camera risers in mind. Strong enough to drive a car on, the camera shot, principals, and audience will be rock solid and stable. We also maintain a vast inventory of backdrop drapery including Presidential blue velour. Our inventory also includes US and state flags which are available in various sizes from 3”x5” table tops, to 4’x6’ indoor flag sets with fringe and tassels, to 20’x38’ Garrison and virtually every size in between.
Audio
Musical acts, keynote presentations, media events, ambiance and theatrical, we can reinforce it all with the quality to enhance your event. From our 16 channel custom audio racks which rapidly deploy and are pre wired with wireless mics and processing to large format consoles, Intuitive maintains the latest in digital console technology. We utilize the latest in Wireless System Management software to monitor in real time frequencies, interference, and levels to mitigate any unforeseen wireless microphone issues before you hear that there is a problem. From small format speakers, to compact line arrays, to large venue cabinets, we have the right equipment for the right application.
Logistics Assets
Often some of the most important parts of an event site are the logistical support elements not seen by the audience or cameras. From power distribution, generators, rope and stanchion, crowd control barricades, television monitors and network feeds, cable ramps, tents, bullnose riser, security pipe and drape hardware, buffer zone barricade, security fencing, to refuse control and temporary facilities, Intuitive can provide all assets required to fulfill the needs of any event.
